Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use CallRolin to create, generate, or distribute content that: is false, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent; violates any applicable law or regulation; promotes illegal products, services, or activities; infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party; contains hate speech, harassment, or content that discriminates against individuals or groups; or is intended to deceive listeners as to the identity of a real person (see Voice Impersonation & Consent).
Voice Impersonation & Consent
You may not use CallRolin to clone, imitate, or synthesize the voice of any real person without their explicit, verifiable consent. Creating synthetic speech that impersonates a real individual for deception, fraud, defamation, or without a lawful basis is strictly prohibited.
Abuse Reporting
To report misuse of the Service, or a voice used without consent, email hello@callrolin.com with the subject line "Abuse Report." Please include as much detail as possible so we can investigate.
Enforcement
CallRolin reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without prior notice, and to cooperate with law enforcement where required.
