Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CallRolin ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CallRolin Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us"). Registered address: Street 6, H-9/1, Islamabad, Pakistan.
Use of the Service
CallRolin is a voice AI platform that provides text-to-speech (TTS) and speech-to-text (STT) for Urdu and regional Pakistani languages, delivered through our API and, for enterprise customers, via on-premise deployment. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use and Voice AI policies. You may not: use the Service to produce unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, or hateful content; clone, imitate, or synthesize any person's voice without their explicit, verifiable consent; attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misrepresent the Service or its underlying models; or exceed, circumvent, or abuse rate limits, quotas, or plan allowances. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
Accounts & API Keys
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under them. You must notify us immediately at hello@callrolin.com if you suspect unauthorized use. API keys are issued according to the limits of your plan and may not be shared outside your organization.
Payment & Billing
CallRolin offers monthly subscription plans (Starter and Business) and custom Enterprise agreements. Pricing is displayed on our Pricing page in USD unless otherwise stated. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for our orders. Paddle handles payment processing and related billing inquiries. By subscribing to CallRolin, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the fee applicable to your plan. Usage beyond your plan's included minutes is billed at your plan's overage rate. Enterprise agreements are invoiced directly in accordance with the applicable contract.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until that date and will not be charged for the following period. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the Service.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CallRolin does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, or specific accuracy of transcription or synthesis output. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CallRolin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits or lost data.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan. For questions about these Terms, contact hello@callrolin.com.
