Custom Voice Consent
Custom voices may only be created from recordings for which you hold explicit, documented consent from the speaker. By submitting recordings for custom voice creation, you confirm that the speaker has consented to the creation and use of a synthetic version of their voice.
Approval Process
Custom voice requests are reviewed before activation. CallRolin may request proof of consent and may decline any request that appears to lack valid consent or is intended for a prohibited use. Custom voice creation is available to Enterprise customers — contact sales to begin.
Prohibited Voice Uses
Synthetic voices generated by CallRolin may not be used for impersonation without consent, fraud, election or public-safety disinformation, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
Voice Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of a custom voice and its underlying training data at any time by emailing hello@callrolin.com. Approved deletions are completed within 30 days.
